We used this to guide our literature selections in conjunction with reading Story of the World book 2: The Middle Ages.
This is the teacher’s guide — with the answers to the vocabulary and discussion questions from the student workbook.

You can do the books in any order, week by week vocabulary and short answer questions are included for the following books:

The Shakespeare Stealer (we went on to read the rest of this series over the summer because we liked it so much!)
There is an appendix in the back with all kinds of organizers for character studies, setting studies, plot/story line maps, etc.
